The Elephant Warrior Beast is the main threat in the opening credits to the Great Mazinger.

It resembled a gigantic golden armoured elephant. It had massive fan like ears, a long tail and stumpy legs. It has no visible trunk. Its true face was located on its forehead, his tusks had two large snake heads and another mouth underneath his face.
History[]
The Elephant Warrior Beast is seen during the opening credits to Great Mazinger, where it races towards the titular mecha after it had destroyed all the other Beasts. However, Great throws the giant boomerang and slices through the rampaging Beast's body before it explodes.
