Megaron P1 is one of three insect-like Mechanical Beasts that served as the monsters-of-the-week in episode 31 of the Mazinger Z anime.
Appearance
The Megaron robots have an identical appearance being humanoid insects with long barbed arms, antenna, yellow diamond-shaped eyes, large insect wings, and long proboscises from the mouth area. Megaron P1 is colored different shades of red.
Abilities and Equipment
All of the Megaron robots have the same abilities and equipment including flight through their wings, resistance to heat, shoot paralyzing bolts from their antennae, extending their proboscises to shock anything they touch, using their arms like drills for close combat, and shoot beams out of their eyes.
