Scarlet Hibiki (スカーレット・ヒビキ Sukāretto Hibiki) is the leader of the Skull Force's Gren Falcon Squad. While she had a very small role in the Mazinkaiser SKL OVA, Scarlet served as a major character in the manga as the Death Caprice Squad's superior officer.

Scarlet is a young woman standing at average height with long red hair similar to Maria Fleed, the younger sister of Duke Fleed, and amber eyes. She wears the standard uniform of the Skull Force with a red scarf showing her rank as captain.
Personality[]
Scarlet is a well respected member of the Skull Force, able to calm down her otherwise tense subordinates. Even the rough Ken Kaido respected her to the point of admitting he did not hate having Scarlet around. Scarlet had an older sister role towards Tsubasa Yuki, often comforting her. When the need arises, Scarlet can become very serious whether it is to discipline her subordinates or defeat enemies. Based on the opening of the OVA, Scarlet is implied to be less shameless than Tsubasa as she did not cover her nude body but merely faced away.
Abilities and Equipment[]
Scarlet was well known for her combat skills in the WSO and beyond. While she is never seen in action in the OVA, she is able to disable enemies with a whip. She also possessed great piloting skills when using the Wingle, able to block and evade every attack made by the Mazinkaiser SKL and even damage the Skull Pilder.
History[]
During Kaido and Ryo Magami's time in the WSO, Scarlet served as their superior officer briefing them on missions. Occasionally she got into a few quarrels with them but supported the duo by piloting the Wingle. She also grew rather close to her new rookie Tsubasa.
During a mission to Machine Island, she offered some support to Tsubasa before their carrier got caught in the Gravity Curtain. Scarlet was killed by a stray bullet that was accidentally fired by soldier mechas from the island. Her death was mourned by the people closest to her.
